The BREC Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center is holding its
second Animal Stewardship Day on Sunday, November 17th from 10:00am - 4:00pm.

This festival celebrates the human-animal relationship with lots of activities dealing with issues such as spay/neuter, the perfect pet, exotic "pets", therapeutic riding, flyball, agility, and much more. Different organizations will also have animals up for adoption. This is also one of the few days that the nature center drops its "No Pets" policy, and visitors are welcome to bring their pets (leashed) in the exhibit building and on our trails.

Your organization is more than welcome to join us! If you feel that this event could help promote or benefit your organization, please feel free to contact me. You will be welcome to bring any fundraising items, brochures, or handouts, and you may promote and recruit for your organizaiton. You may bring doggies and adopt if your organization does on-site adoptions. There is no charge for a table. This event is held to benefit the animals and their organizations. We would love to have you aboard!
